I don't just build
websites. I build
businesses online.
Eight complete websites. Five different industries. Every single one planned, designed, written, and built by me — from a blank canvas to a live URL.
The Origin
A website isn't
a page.
It's a system.
My first brush with web development was a one-month internship at Webforest LLP in Surat, June 2023. I was a CS engineering student who understood code conceptually — but this was the first time I saw how a real website came together from planning to pixel.
What I took away from that month wasn't just how to use a builder. It was the mental model behind a good website — information architecture, visual hierarchy, what a user actually needs to find vs. what a client thinks they need to show.
Since then I've built 8 complete websites across agency portfolios, e-commerce stores, luxury product brands, EdTech platforms, and B2B SaaS landing pages. Every single one handled solo — planning, content, graphic design, UI/UX, and full build in WordPress, Elementor, and now React.js.
And I'm not stopping at page builders. I've now built with React and Next.js — including this very portfolio you're reading right now (yasharya.in). Mobile-responsive, custom-animated, zero templates.
Most websites
look good.
Few actually work.
A website that no one can navigate is decoration. A website that doesn't load fast is a liability. A website that looks great but can't be found is invisible.
Before I design anything, I ask: what is this website supposed to make someone do? Buy something? Fill a form? Trust a brand? Call a number? Everything — layout, copy, visuals, structure — flows from that answer.
That's why I handle the whole thing. Content strategy, graphic design, and UI/UX together. Because a great-looking site with weak copy still fails. And a well-written site with broken UX loses the user anyway.
Projects & Websites
8 Websites · 5 Industries

01 — Agency Portfolio · Multi-Service
The website for my current working agency
dpgmedia.in ↗DPG Media is a full-service digital advertising agency offering DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home), social media marketing, branding, web development, and performance marketing. This was a high-stakes build — the website needed to represent the company's credibility to potential clients across all these verticals simultaneously.
The challenge was architectural. An agency portfolio needs to serve multiple audiences — a business owner looking for social media help is a different visitor than one exploring billboard advertising. I structured the navigation and service pages so each offering had its own clear entry point, while the homepage held the overall brand identity together.
I handled everything: the service page copywriting, banner design, team section, client showcase, careers page, and blog structure. The site also integrates a contact system and inquiry routing. This is a website I still maintain and update as the company grows.
02 — B2B SaaS · US Market
A landing page built for the American market
aibuds.us ↗AI Buds is an AI automation company targeting businesses in the United States — AI receptionists, workflow automation, and industry-specific AI assistants. This was the most technically demanding and strategically sensitive website I've built. The audience is US-based business owners who are sceptical of new technology and need to be convinced fast.
The entire page is built around a single conversion goal: get a free consultation booked. Every section — hero, services, social proof, FAQ — is designed to remove doubt and build confidence. The copy is written in plain, direct American English, with no jargon, no fluff, and a strong emphasis on cost savings and 24/7 reliability — the two things small US business owners actually care about.
I built this while simultaneously understanding the AI automation space enough to write credible, specific copy about each product: AI Receptionist, Workflow Automation, Industry Assistants, and EDI Processing. This is the site I'm most proud of — it's clean, fast, and purpose-built for a very specific audience.

03 — Personal Portfolio · React.js · Next.js
My own portfolio — built from scratch in React
yasharya.in ↗This website — the one you're looking at right now — is built entirely from scratch using Next.js (React) and Framer Motion. No templates, no builders. Every component, animation, scroll interaction, and layout decision is custom-written code.
I built this to prove two things: that I can design and implement a high-quality UI from first principles, and that I'm no longer limited to drag-and-drop tools. This site handles custom cursor interactions, smooth scroll animations, a scroll progress indicator, and a responsive layout across all breakpoints — all without a single plugin.
I've built this end-to-end with React — and the starting point for everything I want to build next in the JavaScript ecosystem.

04 — Streetwear · E-commerce
A streetwear brand built on 5 Elements
konindia.com ↗Kon India is a Surat-based unisex oversized streetwear brand built around a philosophy of 5 Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. The brand had a strong concept but needed a digital presence that matched its identity: bold, minimal, and unconventional.
I built a full WooCommerce store from scratch — product catalogue, cart, checkout, and order management. The visual design mirrors the brand identity: raw textures, dark tones, and statement typography that speaks directly to the streetwear audience. Every product page was built to convert, not just display.
This project required both visual thinking and e-commerce architecture — setting up product variants, shipping rules, payment gateways, and inventory logic — all while maintaining an aesthetic that wouldn't feel like a standard WordPress site.
05 — FMCG · Brand Website
Global Manikchand
globalmanikchand.com ↗Corporate website for Global Manikchand, a pan masala brand. Built to showcase their products and distribution network to wholesale and retail partners. Focus on brand credibility and clean product presentation — straightforward corporate site with structured product information and dealer contact routing.
06 — Luxury · E-commerce
Maachis House
maachishouse.com ↗A luxury candle and designer matchbook brand with a distinct personality — the site announces itself with "WARNING: HIGHLY FLAMMABLE ENERGY." Bold, edgy, and built for a very specific aesthetic audience. Full WooCommerce store with custom product catalogue. Currently in active development with products being added.
07 — EdTech · Course Platform
Prama Academy
pramaacademy.com ↗A trading education platform offering structured courses for retail investors and aspiring traders. Building out the full course architecture — landing pages, course listing, enrollment flow, and educational content structure. A more complex build because it requires both marketing and functional course delivery thinking.
08 — Healthcare · E-commerce (Closed)
Clematise — Clementine Hair Oil
clematise.com (discontinued)A homeopathic hair oil brand where I wore every hat — built the website, managed performance marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and Flipkart, and handled the brand's complete online presence through DPG Media. Now discontinued, but it remains my most comprehensive full-stack marketing + web build.
The Process
How every website gets built — start to finish
Understand the goal
What should this website make someone do? Every decision flows from that one question.
Plan the architecture
Page structure, navigation, content hierarchy — mapped before a single pixel is placed.
Write the content
Copy, headlines, and messaging written to match the audience — not just fill space on the page.
Design & build
Visual design, banner creation, and full build in WordPress + Elementor with mobile-first thinking.
Launch & maintain
Performance monitoring, SEO basics, form testing, and ongoing updates as the business evolves.
“A website is a salesperson that works 24 hours a day. The question is — are you paying to build it right, or paying to fix it later?”
— Something I tell every client before we start
My Expertise
What I bring to every project
Building a website means doing ten jobs at once. Here are the ones I've actually done — not just studied.
React.js · Next.js
Building modern web applications and mobile-responsive sites with React and Next.js — custom components, smooth animations, and full App Router architecture.
Mobile-Responsive Apps
Every site I build is mobile-first. Responsive layouts, touch-friendly UI, and fluid breakpoints so your site works perfectly on every screen size.
WordPress + Elementor
Advanced page builder usage, theme customisation, plugin management, WooCommerce setup, and CMS configuration for complex multi-page sites.
UI/UX Design
Visual hierarchy, user flow, mobile responsiveness, and conversion-focused layout — designing for how people actually use pages, not just how they look.
Copywriting & Content
Writing headlines, service descriptions, product copy, and CTAs that match the brand voice and move the user toward a specific action.
E-commerce Setup
Full WooCommerce and Shopify store setup — product catalogue, pricing, cart, checkout, shipping configuration, and payment gateway integration.
Graphic Design & Banners
Creating website banners, hero graphics, section visuals, and brand assets in Canva — so the page looks consistent and intentional throughout.
SEO Basics & Performance
On-page SEO setup, meta tags, image optimisation, page speed basics, and form integrations for lead capture and data collection.
What's Next
Beyond builders —
into React.
WordPress and Elementor gave me the foundation. React and Next.js are what I'm building with now. This portfolio itself is written in Next.js + React + Framer Motion — every animation, every section, zero templates.
The shift from assembling pages to engineering web applications is happening right now. I understand the full stack: frontend components, API routes, server-side rendering, deployment, and mobile-responsive layouts. Not theory — running in production.
Every React component I write makes every WordPress site I manage better. And every site I manage makes me a sharper product thinker.
